What's New at KMI

TOUCHLESS PAY SYSTEM

We have moved away from the handling of cash and credit/debit card while in our facility.  Payments will now be required at the time of booking.  In order to secure your appointment, payments will be processed online or over the phone instead.  If you have a scheduled appointment and did not make a payment, please call us right away.  Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received first.


NEW BOOKING POLICY

Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily limiting the number of daily appointments.  The health and safety of our clients and staff is very important to us.  For this reason, walk-in appointments will not be accepted and clients who are not currently receiving a service will be asked to step out in order to control the number of people within the clinic.  If you are experiencing a fever, cough or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic.  If you have been to COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.  Please note, we are requesting that clients wear face coverings for their appointments.

CHECK-IN & PRE-SCREENING PROCESS

For your safety and the safety of others, we are asking our clients to please wait in your vehicle to be called upon for your appointment.  Your massage therapist will greet you at the front entrance, ask you a series of COVID-19 related questions and do a temperature check.  Face masks are required.  You may bring your own.  Otherwise, our handcrafted 4-barrier face covering or "Pale Waha" are available for purchase at $12 each.  In addition, a completed Health Intake Form, Waiver Form and Payment are required prior to arrival to our facility.  Once you are cleared for entry, you will be escorted to a sanitized and disinfected treatment room.  Only individuals with an appointment will be allowed in to the facility.

As we prepare our new location to re-open, we are excited to share our newly constructed two-story facility that showcases 5 treatment rooms equipped with state-of-the-art massage tables designed to offer sturdiness and comfortable support that can give a truly pampered experience; spacious classrooms for massage workshops and a private room for our staff to unwind and rejuvenate. 


As a leader in the industry, we have consulted with experts in the healthcare, infectious disease and massage therapy industry to ensure we are taking the right measures to secure your safety without sacrificing your relaxation or our staff's well-being.  Therefore, we have implemented our New Health and Safety Standards.

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients.  We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment.  If you wake up with cold or flu symptoms and need to cancel on the day of, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your next appointment.  To further support you, there will be no penalties.
